Beagle - Whisper & Bandit - Small - Senior - Female - Dog
Whisper and Bandit are our sweet little Senior Beagles that we would like to place together into a new home. Whisper is the momma Beagle at 12 years old, and Bandit is the daughter at 8 years of age. They were found running loose together and were left unclaimed by their owner and are now ready to be adopted out to a new home. Our shelter staff and volunteers have fallen in love with these wonderful little girls as they are very gentle and friendly with everyone they meet (including other dogs, cats and children). They enjoy going for walks together on leash or running around in our fenced play yards. Even though they are older, they are still very active and like to explore our dog trail and sniff all over the place. They LOVE going for car rides and meeting new people! They are clean in their kennel and share everything including food, water and dog beds. They do not really show any interest in toys, but they really like treats, cuddling and being around people and other dogs. During the day, they have been hanging out in our office and like to take naps on the comfy dog beds we have on the floor. They are always so happy to meet new people and get attention from our visitors. Both have received Veterinary Care now, and have been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and tested for Heartworm and Lyme disease (both tested negative). An approved adoption application is required to adopt an animal from our Humane Society. Our application is available on our website or by contacting us.
