Domestic Short Hair - Black and white - Paris - Medium - Adult
Paris was brought in as a stray, and was never claimed by an owner. When she first arrived she was very unhappy being stuck in a cage after being able to roam around free outdoors. She wasn't pleased with the staff and volunteers trying to clean her space, and would only allow us to feed her! She did eventually settle in to the routine at the shelter, and has come out of her shell a lot. We believe Paris is 1-2 years old, and may have learned to be a tough cat outdoors. She has a very "slinky" way of roaming around the shelter, and sticks to the office area most of the time. She avoids most of the shelter cats, and hasn't tried to start any hissy fits with any of them. She tolerates our mellow office dog too. We do think that she would be happy in a mellow home, without younger kids that may be too active for her liking. Paris would be a great mouser, and just wants to find a forever home that will treat her like the fancy princess that she is! Just feed her and she will be more than happy to let you think you're in charge. Come and visit her and all our shelter cats today!
